Using intuitive touch, myofascial release, trigger point, kinesiology, deep therapeutic touch, and medical empathy I will help you ground deeper into your body, release tension, and help you regulate your nervous system with my hands, wisdom, intuition, and soul while addressing any discomforts, pain, and injuries therapeutically.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy is a light-touch therapeutic and deeply parasympathetic stimulating modality. It is a great addition to massage, as well as a stand-alone treatment if desired. It works with a fluid, called cranial-sacral fluid (CSF) that surrounds your brain and spinal cord, and is therefore deeply connected to your entire nervous system. The CSF create’s a subtle pulse wave called your cranial pulse as the fluid moves up and down your spine. Because it is so intricately connected with your nervous system via your brain and spinal cord all forms of wounding, trauma’s, and injuries that one has endured through out life may have caused blockages, redirects, or pauses in this fluid and its pulse. Cranial-Sacral Therapy is a modality to help free up this fluid for more ease of movement and a more relaxed and regulated nervous system. Through light touch it also allows for the manipulation of fascial planes, and sacral and skull bones to help promote better blood flow, nerve function, breath, and connection to the body. Please note this is a light touch treatment with little to no movement from me as I focus on the more subtle layers of your system, it is meant to be deeply relaxing with minimal light touch movements and packs a powerful result with it!
